Enjoy picturesque views of Lake Erie and beautiful music every Friday night in July at the Sunset Concert Series at Lakeview Park from 7-9 p.m.  As the sun sets over the lake, music will fill the air from local favorites with unique blends ranging from classic rock to Motown, folk, blues, and country.  Bring a lawn chair or a blanket and spend your Friday night at Lakeview Park.

·               Need assistance implementing your strategic plan?

·               Does your plan collect dust rather than move the agency forward?

·               Are stakeholders exhausted from planning and have little energy left for implementation?

·               Do action plans seem complicated to develop and difficult to update and manage?

We often put a great deal of time into developing strategic plans that never come to reality.  As busy nonprofit executives, we all need to make time to have strategy a part of our focus.  If your plan collects dust rather than moves your agency forward or if you need assistance in implementing your strategic plan, this is the seminar for you. 

Action plans often are complicated to develop and difficult to manage.  The seminar will introduce tools and approaches that make implementation easier.  Topics will cover strategic planning models, best practices in strategic planning implementation, and tools to help with this effort.  We would like each participant to bring their organization’s strategic plan to the seminar, if available.
