View the flittering and fluttering of tiny wings as beautiful butterflies enjoy the summer flowers of French Creek Nature Center’s Butterfly Garden.  Open daily July 1 through September 12 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., enjoy some of Ohio’s native butterflies, some of which have been caught in our own Metro Parks, as well as non-native species.  These colorful and amazing creatures go through a unique metamorphosis to change from a caterpillar to a butterfly.  Some of this process will take place in the garden as we wait for some butterflies to emerge from their chrysalis (moths spin a cocoon) and make their home in the garden.
