This experiental workshop on Tuesday, July 07, 2009 at 7 p.m. will introduce the practice of "shikantaza" or just sitting, within the context of Buddhist practice in our everyday lives.

Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing, and bring a meditation cushion if you have one. Cushions will be provided if you do not have your own. Beginners welcome. Facilitated by John Sabin; $25.00 per person.
