ping rapture v2 irons (http://www.vggolfclubs.com/175-Ping-Rapture-V2-Irons.html) are generally very hot-faced irons, and if you're currently playing a couple of irons any more than 5/7 years, these will gain an easy club length through both the hotter face and stronger lofts. I found these phones be the equal of my TaylorMade R7 XD's, but my TaylorMades have custom shafts vs. the off of the rack variety here. These are definitely a good, and potentially the longest pair of irons around. I provide them with a fairly easy 5 stars in this department. My only word of warning is usually to people who have never hit a titanium wedge before. Recalibrating the more distance involved a certain amount of adjusting to, but as with every short game club, when you have it pegged you're A-O-K.
