Tonight I joined in on our Mayor's blog of questions and answers. At first I was very pleased with his answering of a question I posted regarding possible layoffs thoughout the city employees. He answered very quickly and straight to the point.
THEN......the disappointment in him came when I posted a portion of my blog regarding wasted money in the city!!! My post only posted to the blog as so I could see it myself and no one else!!! I guess the only things that will get put up on his blog are the questions and comments that he wants everyone to see and those that he does not will be swept under the carpet the way all of the other city officials seem to do with them!!! If you would like to read what I wrote to him that he insisted on not letting others read...it will be posted word for word in my blog momentarially.
You decide if this is the type of mayor you will want to continue with running our city when the next election day rolls around.
