Lorain Steel Plant Complaints

I have recently become aware of a series of grievances regarding the bureaucracy at the Lorain Steel Plant, dealing with issues such as drug use on site, safety issues, threats and actions of violence between co-workers, etc.

I am curious to know if anyone who reads these posts know of any stories of corruption at the Lorain Steel Plant involving employees, drug use, violence, etc. It seems to me that employees for the most part are unable to comment on the various issues that come up for fear of losing their own job.

I would greatly appreciate a response.

I hope that any US Steel employee with information about this issue would speak out! There is too much at steak (jobs, reputations, lives) for drug use and unreported accidents to go on.

Workers should take advantange of the anonymity of this forum to post their stories.

Indeed to that. I figure it's for the better of the employees, the employer and the city. Once this stuff is out in the open, it can/could be dealt with and then the stories and reports won't need to come up.
